How many years has it been since I have had a nap in the middle of the day? I mean, other than when I am sick. I was sitting reading my book, and eating chocolates, and as I lay on my heating pad I felt tired, so I told myself,I could rest my eyes for a moment. I just woke up. This was two hours ago. I woke up feeling refreshed. That was nice :)
